Agentic AI integration for the enterprise
SmartTrailer App designs and integrates business agents on the client's data, tools and teams. The AI does not sit beside the information system: it connects to it, reads context, and triggers actions your teams can verify.
What integration means here
Integrating agentic AI is not pasting a chat window onto the intranet. It is wiring three layers the company already has: sources (ERP, CRM, documents, field readings), workflows (who validates, who acts, in what delay) and interfaces (what the operator, salesperson or director actually sees). Agents read those sources, cross-check evidence, and produce an actionable synthesis inside the existing work stream.
Unlike a generic assistant
A consumer model answers an isolated question with whatever context you paste into the window. A business agent knows your rules, access rights, history and formats. It does not replace Sage, SAP, Excel or the CMMS: it reads them. It does not invent a procedure: it relies on documents and events that are already there. The result is verifiable, traced, and stays inside your perimeter.
How a project runs
We start with a short framing: scope, useful sources, operational risk. Then a reading of your real flows, not a demo dataset. Then the rollout of a first agent on one precise process (synthesis, alert, procedure, gap qualification). Rights, readable sources and allowed actions stay defined by your teams. The platform then evolves without starting over.
Where the data runs
Dedicated cloud or on-premise, depending on the isolation you need. Your data is not used to train a public model. It stays under your control, with an audit log of access and actions.
Common questions
How long does an integration take?
A first useful agent can be framed in a few weeks once sources are identified. The calendar depends on how many systems you connect and which process you pick, not on a full IT rip-and-replace.
What happens to our data?
It stays in the perimeter you choose: dedicated infrastructure or on-premise. SmartTrailer App does not reuse it to train a consumer model.
Can we deploy on-premise?
Yes. Several pilots already run next to the client's internal system, including offline with sync when the connection returns.
How is this different from ChatGPT or a general-purpose LLM?
A general-purpose LLM does not have your rights, ERP or operating procedures. Here the agent is wired to your sources, limited to what your teams allow, and every action is traceable.
