Wire agents into the tools you already run

Most AI projects stall when the company is asked to switch tools in order to « adopt AI ». Useful integration does the opposite: it reads what already exists.

Keep the stack, connect the context

ERP, CRM, messaging, DMS, spreadsheets, CMMS: each tool holds a partial truth. The agent does not replace them. It consults them in the same business file. That cross-check produces an indicator, an alert or an actionable procedure, without retyping.

One process, not the whole stack

You do not connect « the entire company » in month one. You pick a flow where fragmentation is expensive: qualifying a field gap, a management synthesis, preparing an intervention. Connectors follow that flow. The rest of the stack stays intact.

Rights and traces from day one

Reading a source is not a universal right. Agents inherit the organization's access rules. Every consultation and every action leaves a trail usable for audit, a SOC or an internal review. Without that, the integration is not acceptable in an enterprise.
